Overview
Mitrend operates three buying flows so you always know what to expect. Every product on our site shows which flow applies before you commit.
1. Buy Online (Stocked Items)
Products marked in stock with a listed price can be added to cart and checked out directly. These ship from our holding stock to all major South African centres. Even where online ordering is available, you can still use the request-a-quote function – add the same items to your quote basket if you prefer a formal quotation before ordering.
2. Quote Basket (Bulk Quantities)
For carton and bulk quantities, add items to your quote basket and submit the request. We respond with carton pricing, availability and delivery timelines for your specific quantities. This is the right flow for production lines, property rollouts and event volumes.
3. Supplier Orders (Sourced on Confirmation)
Some items are sourced from our suppliers on confirmed order rather than held in stock. For these we confirm availability, lead time and pricing in writing before you commit – no surprises after ordering. Confirmed supplier-order goods are generally non-returnable (see our returns policy).
