Availability & Lead Times
Table of Contents
Overview
We use plain availability language across the site so you can plan procurement accurately.
Availability States
- In stock – held in our stock and ready to dispatch. Buy online or quote for bulk.
- Confirm availability – stock position varies; we verify before you commit. Request a quote and we confirm within one business day.
- Supplier order – sourced from our supplier on confirmed order. We confirm lead time and price in writing first.
- Out of stock – temporarily unavailable. Request a quote to be notified or discuss alternatives.
Lead Times
Lead times depend on the item and quantity. Stocked items dispatch promptly; supplier-order items carry a supplier lead time that we confirm per order before you commit. We would rather give you a real date on request than publish an estimate we cannot guarantee.
